Ukraine Focus Launches 19th Humanitarian Mission With Exclusive “Space Sale” Fundraiser Led By Astronaut Terry Virts
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Ukraine Focus, a local non-profit humanitarian organization, has officially announced its 19th humanitarian mission to deliver emergency vehicles and critical medical supplies to front-line communities in Ukraine. To help fund this milestone deployment, celebrated retired NASA astronaut, International Space Station (ISS) commander, and Space Shuttle pilot Colonel Terry Virts is hosting an exclusive Space Sale, offering rare, flown-in-space pieces from his personal collection to support the organization’s life-saving work.
Colonel Virts, a long-time supporter of Ukraine Focus and an active member of its Volunteer Ambulance Corps, spent over seven months in space and famously led ISS Expedition 43. 100% of the proceeds from his personal collection sale will directly fund the procurement and transport of rapid-response ambulances and critical medical supplies.
“These emergency vehicles are immediate lifelines for first responders who risk everything on the front lines every single day,” said Col. Terry Virts. “By opening up my personal collection of items that traveled with me into orbit, I hope to mobilize global community support to keep these critical aid convoys moving into the areas that need them most.”
Own a Piece of Space History to Support Ukraine
Supporters who donate to this mission will have a unique opportunity to select one authentic, flown-in-space item from Col. Virts’ personal collection. Each rare piece comes equipped with an official certificate of authenticity. Due to extreme rarity, quantities are strictly limited to one item per qualified donation tier, available on a first-come, first-served basis:
- International Space Station Expedition 42 Coin (5 Available)
- International Space Station Expedition 42 Patch (3 Available)
- Russian Soyuz Mission TMA-15M Patch (4 Available)
- Large Format Russian Soyuz Mission TMA-15M Patch (1 Available)
- Soyuz Mach 25 Patch (1 Available)
By filling critical vehicle shortages, Ukraine Focus Mission 19 ensures that local medical teams can safely evacuate and treat injured soldiers and civilians under extreme conditions. Humanitarians, space enthusiasts, and corporate sponsors are encouraged to act quickly to secure these space artifacts and back the convoy.
